The PUGAD LAWIN is a four-decade old non-stock non-profit NGO comprising of socio-civic leaders, professionals, business...men, entrepreneurs and other volunteers who share in creating skills and livelihood for the young and the less fortunate, alleviating the plight of the victims of calamities, building the immediate community and making the Philippines and this world a better place to live in.

MISSION
. To form a self-reliant organization in order to guide and assist in uplifting the morals, cultural and social values and economic conditions of the people especially the less privileged;
. To encourage love of God and country, good citizenship and consciousness;
. To unite the members and families in a bond of friendship, fellowship, mutual respect and understanding;
. To cooperate with the government in carrying out a self-help program for the benefit of the majority of our fellowmen;
. To acquire, own and operate radio communication facilities and system for the use of its members in their civic operations especially during calamities, emergencies and public disturbances.

VISION
To develop a new generation of selfless, intelligent, productive and honorable Filipinos who are bonded by patriotism, good citizenship, fairness and volunteerism.
